Day 46: What matters on a girls weekend is what gossip and secrets come out of your mouth, not what clothes go on your body.

Day 46: What matters on a girls weekend is what gossip and secrets come out of your mouth, not what clothes go on your body.
Money spent on clothes: $0

Why did I pack so many great outfits for girls weekend? Wore pajamas on coffee drive thru run this morning - added a pashmina to make it a little bit respectable - then went for hike and subsequent mani/pedi's. Am still wearing sweaty workout clothes at 3pm sitting on back patio talking shit, debating if its too early for wine. H&M opened this weekend at nearby mall, friends won't let us go because "it would be like taking a crack addict to a meth house." Crack and meth don't even go together.

Day 45, 3:38pm: This is how creepy I am.

Day 45, 3:38pm: This is how creepy I am.
Money spent on clothes: $0, but googling hunter green skinny jeans.

Yes, I am this creepy. I do this all the time. It might even be illegal. I see an outfit that I want to remember to wear myself, and instead of just jotting down on a piece of paper "white tee + cream cardigan + hunter green skinny jeans" or pinteresting it like a normal person, I take a secret photo as if I am just texting in an upright position. It's totally creepy. But should also be considered an honor for that person.

Day 45, 1:00pm: Packing!

Day 45, 1:00pm: Packing!
Money spent on clothes: Well... Pre-Day 1 had purchased leopard print loafers from Target. Tried them on the other day and they were excruciatingly tight and painful. Returned them (and their black counterparts) and bought appropriately fitting Steve Madden Croquet leopard print loafers on sale at Macy's ($35 down from $80). So, you know, all that explanation to say, technically still $0.

Heading to Denver this afternoon (old college stomping grounds) for girls weekend with two besties.

Day 43: What a waste.

Day 43: What a waste.
Money spent on clothes: $0

Had to go straight to book club from shift at hospital, no time to swing home and change. Such a waste of a good outfit opportunity. Am exhausted, Clara Barton type person.

Day 41: Don't know what came over me.

Day 41: Don't know what came over me.
Money spent on clothes: $50 ?!

Honestly do not know how this happened. Am possibly sleep walk shopping online. There I was, innocently putting items in my OldNavy.com cart, hoping I would forget about them and they would sell out, when next thing I know, I receive an order confirmation email. Was fated to own light blue skinny jeans a la Katie Holmes in her last public outing with wackadoodle Tom Cruise.

{And also a white button down and a black button down}

{Thank you, Brandi.}

Day 32: Chicken Shit Bingo

Day 32: Chicken Shit Bingo
Money spent on clothes: $0

Day 34: Black & White

Day 34: Black & White
Money spent on clothes:

Last night went out to dinner wearing all black. Halfway through second margarita at Maudie's realized was wasting last chance to wear white, as was Labor Day Weekend. Made up for it the next day with head-to-toe white. Really though, the no white after Labor Day rule should not apply to Texas.
